Green Event Planning Workshop Held at Ecolounge
With around a dozen in attendance, Lyndsay Gang, TFF’s student intern from the University of Vermont, led a spirited presentation and dialog on Green Event Planning. Lyndsay spent the summer researching Green Event Planning and helped TFF with collecting resources and communicating with clients. She prepared a great Powerpoint introduction, which will be the basis for TFF’s outreach in this area. With Greenway Transit’s rapid growth, we are finding more and more customers needing a wide range of services beyond just green transportation. MK and Marc have been involved in Conferences, fairs, trade shows and office management for over a decade, and have lowered our carbon footprint and promoted all things green in our day-to-day livlihoods. With the continued help of interns, friends and customers, TFF hopes to be a major resource for Event Planners as they and many others move towards this new Green Economy.
