Nicholas School gains new Dean
Duke University has selected atmospheric chemist William L. Chameides, chief scientist for Environmental Defense and Regents’ Professor Emeritus at Georgia Institute of Technology, as the new dean of the Nicholas School of the Environment and Earth Sciences. Crafts, not arms: TFF invited to Colombia to assist in craft development, again.
The Forest Foundation, a Durham-based non-profit, was invited to participate in a craft development project in June, sponsored by Aid to Artisans (ATA) and USAID.
TFF participates in Multiple Earth Month Events.

Spring Fundraiser for Sustainable Energy Distribution
The Foundation will be conducting a fundraiser over the next month to have our tanker truck repaired so that it can continue its life in service to the organization’s sustainable livelihoods mission, distributing biodiesel fuel in the Triangle.
