TFF Proposes Localized Carbon Trading and Mitigation Program

The Forest Foundation at a recent Healthy Environment Durham meting proposed to help establish a local carbon mitigationand trading system, that would benefit local organizations and environment, and could link with larger state-wide or global systems. In this way investments would stay local and increase multipliers within our own economy.
